P-选择素在急性肺栓塞中的临床意义

Clinical Value of P-selectin in Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism

目的:探讨P-选择素(PS)在急性肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)的发生、发展及治疗后中的变化和意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定正常人群组、肺栓塞组二组人群的血浆中可溶性PS、流式细胞术检测血小板膜上活化标记物P-选择素(CD62p),比较二组人群中PS、CD62p的区别,并比较急性PTE患者治疗前后二项指标的变化。结果:PTE患者血小板活化指标CD62p表达水平、血浆内PS含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01);急性PTE患者溶栓治疗后二项指标呈现出明显降低趋势(P<0.01)。结论:急性PTE患者体内存在着明显的血小板活性增强,P-选择素作为血小板活化的特异性标记,参与了PTE的发生、发展和转归。可作为临床上监测病情和判断预后的指标。

Objective:To discuss P-selection (PS) at the acute pulmonary thrombusembolism sickness (PTE) in patient's prevention and the treatment significance.Methods:PS and CD62p were measured by using ELISA and flow cytometry in normal group and pulmonary embolism group respectively.Compared the PS,CD62p distinction and the changes of the factors at l day,7 day and 1 month later after treatment.Results:In PTE group,the levels of PS and CD62p were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.01).After therapy the levels of these factors were significantly lower than those before therapy (P<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that activation of platelet is enhanced in patient with acute PTE.PS is special marker of activated platelet.It may play an important role in the pathogenesis,progress and prognosis of PTE.It can be used as an effective disease monitoring indicators.
