基层医院重度颅脑损伤病人的院前急救

Pre-hospital Care of Patients with Severe Cerebral Trauma in Primary Hospital

目的:总结280例重度颅脑损伤患者院前急救体会,探讨院前急救要点,以提高院前急救水平。方法:对280例重度颅脑损伤患者进行回顾性分析,通过观察意识、瞳孔、主要症状及生命体征变化,采取应急处理措施,建立绿色通道及时手术治疗。结果:恢复良好97例,中残49例,重残41例(14.8%),植物状态17例,死亡76例。结论:正确、及时、有效的院前急救可以降低重度颅脑损伤病人的致残率和病死率,对于重度颅脑损伤患者加强院前急救是成功救治的关键。

Objective:To improve the level of pre-hospital care,our research was mainly focus on pre-hospital care in severe cerebral trauma patients and investigate the most important points of pre-hospital care.Methods: According to the clinical data of 280 cases with severe cerebral trauma,the study was based on observing the changes on conciousness、pupil、cardinal symptom and vital sign,taking operations in time by establishing green channel.Results:97 cases were definitly recovery,49 cases were secondary disability,41 cases were severe disability,17 cases were in vegetative state,76 cases were death.Conclusions:Correct and immediate and effective pre-hospital care is a key step for the patients with severe cerebral trauma.It can significantly reduce the mortality and disability in people with severe cerebral trauma.
