乳腺癌患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性

Correlational Research between Social Support and Living Quality of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的研究乳腺癌患者社会支持状况和生活质量之间的关系,为临床护理实践提供依据,以提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。方法对80例乳腺癌患者采用社会支持评定量表(social suppor trating scale,SSRS)和生活质量评定量表QLQ-C30进行社会支持和生活质量问卷调查,分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌患者生活质量较差,获得的社会支持较高,社会支持与乳腺癌患者的生活质量呈正相关(r=0.406,P<0.01)。结论社会支持与乳腺癌患者生活质量密切相关,护理人员应充分重视和利用社会支持,以提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation between social support and quality of life(QOL) of the patients with breast cancer so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing measures and improvement of QOL of the patients.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer were surveyed on social support and QOL by Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30),and the correlation were analysed.Results QOL of patients with breast cancer was low,while their social support was high.Positive correlation was found between social support and QOL of the patients with breast cancer(r=0.406,P<0.01).Conclusion Social support was closely related to QOL of the patients with breast cancer.Nurses should attach importance to social support and make full use of it to improve QOL of the patients.
