Research of the Economic Compensation of Urban Community Health Service in a Certain Provincially Administered Municipality

目的描述与分析某省辖市城市社区卫生服务机构4年来补偿现状并发现其中存在的主要问题。方法收集与综合分析某省辖市所有城市社区卫生服务机构的相关数据。结果某省辖市城市社区卫生服务补偿机制不健全,突出表现在:政府投入不足;承担大量的无偿服务;项目收费不规范;以药补医等。结论某省辖市城市社区卫生服务补偿机制不合理,亟待调整与完善;针对分析出的问题,积极采取应对策略。

Objective To describe and analyze the 4 years economical compensation situation for urban community health service in a certain provincially administered municipality,and find existent major problems.Methods The data of urban community health service in this provincially administered municipality was collected and analyzed so as to fine the existent major problems.Results The compensation situation for urban community health service in the municipality was not good,the major problems were an inadequate government investment,undertaking numerous free service、nonstandard item charge,and supplementing medical service through drugs.Conclusion The compensation mechanism of urban community health service in a certain provincially administered municipality is unreasonable.It needs an urgent regulation and improvement,and the corresponding strategy should be actively taken aiming at the problem.
