脂联素和TNF-α在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达

Placental expression of adiponectin and TNF-α in women with preeclampsia

目的检测子痫前期患者胎盘中脂联素及TNF-α的表达并探讨两因子之间的相关性。方法采用放射免疫分析的方法检测子痫前期组和正常对照组胎盘脂联素及TNF-α的表达水平。结果子痫前期组胎盘脂联素表达水平均低于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.01);子痫前期组胎盘TNF-α表达水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01);子痫前期组中脂联素与TNF-α呈负相关性(r=-0.536及r=-0.554)。结论脂联素和TNF-α参与子痫前期的发病,且两者之间存在负相关性。

Objective To investigate placental expression of adiponectin and TNF-α in women with preeclampsia and study their relationship.Methods Radio immunoassay method was used to examine the levels of adiponectin and TNF-α in controls and cases.Results levels of adiponectin expressed in preeclampsias were lower than that in controls (P<0.01,P<0.01); levels of TNF-α expressed in all case groups were higher than that in controls (P<0.05,P<0.01);There were significantly positive correlations between adiponectin and TNF-α in preeclampsias (r=-0.536 and r=-0.554).Conclusion Adiponectin and TNF -α may contribute to the pathology of preeclampsia and there were significantly passive correlations between them.
