In intellectual data system,many expertise should be managed,but these expertise are not only obscure but also dynamic.So this essey draw an overall annotation on this theory system and design the method of the scale of the intellectual data,method of application of data,the method of appliction of logic and the intellectual data system by using the dynamic and obscure theory.
