摘要
鞋楦是制鞋的基准,楦底部棱边在制鞋工艺中具有重要作用。从鞋楦三维面形光电自动测量系统获取的鞋楦三维数据点模型出发,提出了一种基于二阶差分的尖点识别方法,进而获得了鞋楦底部棱边的信息,并在此基础上给出了展平鞋楦底面的方法,得到了鞋楦底面的展平图。手工复楦方法和面积计算方法均表明楦底棱边提取具有较高精度。
Last is the benchmark of shoe manufacture and its bottom arris is of great importance. A method is proposed for recognizing the feature points based on the point-based 3D last model which is obtained from photoelectric automatic measurement system for 3D shape of last. The information of bottom arris of last is gained from feature points after further processing. With the information a method for flattening the bottom surface is presented. Copying the bottom surface and calculating the area indicate high precision of the extracted bottom arris.
