摘要
系统科学对实现科学发展观,推动社会经济技术发展有着极为重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文从集成创新切入说明系统科学在创新型人才开发中的重要作用,系统科学是集成创新的科学基础,通过系统创新阐发系统科学开发创新型人才的独特作用,最后从系统科学启迪创新型人才的创新思路和创新路径以及系统工程的实践开发创新型人才的创造力等方面进一步论证了系统科学在创新型人才开发中的作用。
System science is theoretically and practically important to push society,economy and technology forward through realization of the concept of scientific development. This paper,from a new perspective of integrated innovation,illustrates how important System Science is in cultivating innovative talents. First,it regards system science as the bedrock of integrative innovation which plays a unique role in cultivating innovative talents by system innovation. Next,it goes further to argue the role of system science by the evidence that system science activates innovative talents to conceive new ideas and find new ways and the practices of system engineering kindle their creativity.
