管理是一门科学,也是一种艺术,它在现代经济社会中的地位日益凸现。本文从管理的含义及其本质特征出发,系统地论述了现代企业管理的综合效应,指出企业管理是一项系统工程,需要我们从战略管理、人力资源管理、财务管理、技术管理、市场营销管理和生产过程管理等几个主要环节下功夫,以创造更多的超额比较价值,为建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会做出贡献。

Management is not only a science but also an art,which is playing a more and more important part in contemporary economical society. Based on the meaning of management and its essential characteristics,this article is intended to make a systematical discussion of the domino-effect of contemporary enterprise management,points out that enterprise management is a systematical engineering,which requires us to make efforts in strategy management,the management of manpower,financial management,technical management,the management of market marketing,the management of manufacture process and so on,so as to create more excess values and make more contribution for the construction of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.
