企业成长的系统共轭观--企业成长路径分析的新视角

Analysis of Enterprise Growth Path Basing on the Conjugate Viewpoint——A New Viewpoint to the Analysis of Enterprise Growth Path

基于系统学原理共轭观,从起源、特性、机理三个视角提出了企业竞争力与企业成长力的共轭观;在此基础上,提出了竞争力与成长力共轭关系的数学假设;通过对企业竞争力与企业成长力进行函数模拟与成长路径拟合,揭示了共轭破缺现象,并推导得出六类典型的企业成长路径图。模拟结果与共轭分析、数学假设相恰。指出企业各种决策应有利于巩固和培育企业竞争力与成长力的共轭关系,使之相互协调、互相促进,促进企业可持续发展。

Basing on the system theory,this article puts forward the conjugate viewpoint of enterprise's competition and growth force from the angles of origin,characteristic and mechanism,and its related mathematic hypothesis;then,through the simulations of function and growth path,it reveals the phenomenon of conjugate broken,and provides six typical graphs of enterprise growth path. The simulating results match with the analysis of conjugate and its mathematic hypothesis.
