摘要
合作教育是美国高校培养学生实践能力和创新能力的一条有效途径,也是世界各国高等教育积极倡导的一种教育模式。合作教育培养的毕业生能缩短工作适应期,并能较好地解决个人发展与社会需要之间的关系等问题,因而受到国际社会的广泛关注。合作教育社会性特点十分突出,在运行中受到诸多社会环境因素的制约和影响。美国合作教育的发展环境因素对我国高校合作教育的发展具有借鉴作用。
In US,the cooperative education is an effective way that the universities train the students'practical and innovational ability,and it can reduce the work adaption time and solve the relational problem between individual development and the social needs,so it is paid widespread attention of the international society,and has become one kind of education pattern that higher education in various countries advocate positively now.The cooperative education receives the influence and the restriction of many environmental factors in its operation owing to its extremely prominent social characteristic.Inspecting the development environmental factor of the US cooperative education will provide an important reference to the university cooperative education development in our country.
