柴达木枸杞主要营养成分分析 被引量:22

摘要 对柴达木枸杞中的主要营养成分进行了分析.结果表明:柴达木枸杞中氨基酸总含量为74.6 g/kg,其中人体必需氨基酸占22.64(;枸杞多糖中氨基酸总含量为29 g/kg,其中人体必需氨酸含量占40.69(.Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn含量分别为0.0711、0.2263、0.0146、0.2115 mg/g.采用HPLC-APCI-MS柱前衍生法测得枸杞籽油中不饱和脂肪酸占88.57%,其中亚油酸与油酸含量最高分别占63.054%、21.134%. The major nutrients in Lyceum Barbarum from Qaidam Basin have been studied in this paper.The results showed that the total content of amino acids in Lyceum Barbarum is 74.6 g/kg,in which the content of essential acid is 22.64﹪,the total content of amino acids in Lyceum Barbarum Polysaccharides is 29 g/kg and in which the content of essential acid is 40.69﹪.The contents of Cu、Fe、Mn and Zn are 0.071 1、0.226 3、0.014 6 and 0.211 5 mg/g respectively.The oil from Lyceum Barbarum seed was determined by HPLC-APCI-MS,it was found that the content of unsaturated fatty acids is 88.57%,in which the contents of linoleic acid and oleic acid are as high as 63.054%,and 21.134% respectively.
