The internal mechanism of the partial discharge in transformer is briefly introduced,and then a set of feasible schemes for the online monitoring of the partial discharge is put forward herein.According to the analysis on the monitoring cases concerned,the feasibility of the monitoring system is demonstrated in detail,which fully proves that the partial discharge monitoring system based on the relevant digital equipment can provide a guarantee for enhancing the capacity of the transformer fault diagnosis,and accordingly has a higher practical and promotive value as well.
