摘要
以洪泽湖流域洪涝灾害为研究对象,构建了洪泽湖流域洪涝灾害预警系统的基本框架,分析了系统的基本功能模块。预警系统采用三层次模型,包括数据库子系统、仿真模拟子系统和辅助决策子系统三大模块。对各子系统,重点探讨了数据库系统的建立、洪水蔓延演进模拟的算法、灾情信息的提取、灾情等级评估以及最佳紧急转移路径的选择等功能模块的设计。
Taking the flood and water logging disaster in Hongzehu Lake Basin as a study object,the basic framework of the flood and water logging early warning system for the basin is constructed;for which the basic function modules of the system is analyzed herein.A 3-layer hierarchical model is adopted for the early warning system,which consists of three modules such as database sub-system,simulation sub-system and assistant decision-making subsystem.For all the sub-systems,the function modules,i.e.the construction of the database system,the algorithm of the flood routing simulation,disaster information extraction,evaluation of the disaster degree,the selection of the optimal emergency escape route etc.are emphatically discussed.
