温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Warming Acupuncture Treatment on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的 探讨温针灸对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 82例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组37例:治疗组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用牵引治疗.两组均治疗两个疗程.结果 治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率86.5%,两组之间疗效有明显差异(P<0.05).治疗后两组在疼痛程度、腰椎功能方面均有明显改善(P<0.01),而治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症有明显疗效,可以减轻疼痛程度,提高腰椎功能.

Objective To study an effective therapy for patients caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods Eighty-two patients of LIDH were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(37 cases).Warming acupuncture and drawing were respectively used in two groups(total two courses of treatment).Results The treatment effect was 93.3% in treatment group,86.5% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups.The pain and lumbar function of all the patients are significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.01).The changing range in treatment group was more significant than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions There was significant effect on patients with LIDH.
