酵母免疫多糖对黄河鲤鱼生长和非特异性免疫力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在黄河鲤鱼基础饲料中添加酵母免疫多糖,探讨对其生长和非特异性免疫力的影响。结果表明:添加0.20%、0.30%和0.40%酵母免疫多糖组生长性能显著高于对照组。试验组黄河鲤鱼血液白细胞吞噬活性和血清溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组,0.05%、0.10%和0.20%三组间溶菌酶活性差异不显著,0.30%和0.40%两组间溶菌酶活性差异不显著,0.05%和0.10%两组间白细胞吞噬活性差异不显著,0.20%、0.30%和0.4%三组间白细胞吞噬活性差异不显著。酵母免疫多糖的适宜添加水平为0.30%。 The immunity polysaccharide from yeast were added respectively into each 1 kg basal feed for Yellow River Carp to research its effect on its growth and non-specific immunity.As seen from the results,the growth performance of the groups with additives of 0.20%,0.30% and 0.40% immunity polysaccharide from yeast were significantly higher than that of the control group.The phagocytic activity of white cells and the activity of serum lysozyme in blood of Yellow River carps in experiment groups were significantly higher than that in control group.The difference of lysozyme activities among the groups with additive of 0.05%,0.10%,0.20% immunity polysaccharide from yeast was not significant,neither the difference between groups with additive of 0.30% and 0.40%.Meanwhile,the difference of phagocytic activity between the groups with additive of 0.05% and 0.10% immunity polysaccharide from yeast was not significant,neither the differences among the groups with additive of 0.20%,0.30% and 0.40%.The suitable adding level of immunity polysaccharide from yeast was 0.30%.
