河南承接国际国内产业转移的对策研究

The Strategy Research of Henan Taking on the International and Domestic Transferred Industry

目前国际产业转移和我国东部地区产业向中西部转移的进程进一步加快,河南要抓住历史新机遇,在承接产业转移中实现科学发展。一是审时度势,把握承接产业转移的战略和策略;二是发挥比较优势,因地制宜承接国际国内产业转移;三是扩大开放领域,提升产业转移的层次;四是拓展融资渠道,创新融资方式;五是加强开发园区和产业集群建设,发挥增长极的辐射带动力;六是加强组织协调与政策引导,切实改善投资环境。

At present the process of international transferred industry and industry transferred from east area to middle and west areas have been further accelerated.Henan should seize the new historical opportunities to realize the scientific developments.There are six strategies:first,assessing the situation and holding the strategies of taking on the transferred industry;second,developing comparative advantages and taking the international and domestic transferred industry according to local conditions;third,opening more areas and enhancing the level of transferred industry;fourth,extending financing channels and innovating new financing forms;fifth,strengthening the construction of development zones and industrial clusters;sixth,strengthening the organization coordination and policy steering and practically improving the investment environment.
