中药血必净注射液对中老年带状疱疹患者神经痛干预效果研究

Intervention Effect of Chinese Medicine Xuebijing Injection on Neuralgia in Middle-and Old-aged Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的观察中药血必净注射液对中老年带状疱疹患者神经痛的干预效果。方法选择80例中老年带状疱疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组患者均口服万乃洛韦、布洛芬胶囊,外涂三黄洗剂。治疗组另加用血必净注射液静脉滴注,疗程2周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状积分、临床疗效及疼痛程度。结果两组共75例患者完成疗程,治疗组38例,对照组37例。治疗后两组患者疼痛、皮损+疼痛的评分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组患者临床痊愈12例,显效14例,有效10例,无效2例;对照组临床痊愈8例,显效9例,有效12例,无效8例,两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义(z=2.03,P=0.04)。治疗后治疗组患者视觉模拟尺度评分(VAS)为(4.0±1.3)分,对照组为(4.8±1.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.62,P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能改善中老年带状疱疹患者神经痛,从而提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing injection on neuralgia in middle-and old-aged patients with herpes zoster(HZ).Methods Eighty middle-and old-aged HZ patients were divided randomly into groups treatment and control,40 in each.Both were given oral valaciclovir and ibuprofen capsules,externally-used Sanhuang lotion.Treatment group were given additional iv gtt Xuebijing,2 weeks.Clinical symptom scores,efficacies and pain degrees were compared.Results A total of 75 patients finished treatment in 2 groups,38 in treatment group,37 in control.There was significant difference in scores of pains,skin lesions with pains between 2 groups(P<0.01).After treatment,12 were clinically cured,14 improved,10 with effect and 2 without in treatment group,and 8,9,12,8,respectively,in control group,the difference was significant(z=2.03,P=0.04).The visual analogue scale(VAS) score after treatment was (4.0±1.3) in treatment group,(4.8±1.4) in control,the difference was significant(t=2.62,P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can improve neuralgia in middle-and old-aged HZ patients,thus to enhance clinical curative effect.
