基于神经网络的固体推进剂专家系统研究

Research on Expert System of Solid Propellants Based on Artificial Nerve Network

摘要 固体推进剂研究对航天工业及武器研制具有重要的战略意义鉴于其研制手段多以实验为主和分析软件智能化程度不高等因素,提出了基于神经网络的固体推进剂专家系统"SPES"。神经网络可以较好的映射固体推进剂组成、结构及性能之间的复杂关系,因此SPES是基于材料设计思想和配方实例的高精度配方设计及性能预示软件。文中详细阐述了系统设计思想、总体结构、系统功能、关键技术及应用示例等方面。最后对SPES实现固体推进剂领域自动化和智能化给予了展望。 The solid propellant research has the important strategic sense to astronautics industry and the weapon development.Because its development method is as tests primarily and the intellectualized degree of analysis software is not higher,proposed solid propellant expert system based on the nerve network(SPES).The artificial nerve network can reflect the complex relations of the solid propellant composition,the structure and the performance,so the SPES is a high accurate formula design and performance prediction software based on the material design thought and the formula example.The article elaborated the system design thought,whole structure,system function,essential technology research,Application demonstration and so on.Finally,the forecast to the SPES realization of the solid propellant domain automation and the intellectualization is given.
