摘要
单向交通是挖掘城市道路交通潜力即经济又有效的一种方法。环路单向交通与普通道路单向交通设置不同,它需要关闭环路一侧出入口;这样会造成环路外侧设施的闲置。所以,为充分利用现有道路资源;调整现有城市环路结构,是以环路单向交通为主、公交逆向行驶为辅的功能结构。它是占据3/4环路宽度为单向行驶道路;占据1/4环路宽度为公交车专用逆向行驶道路,并将逆向行驶一侧的辅路加宽一倍左右当城市为多层环路时,可按单向交通环路对偶关系设置。这种设置倡导了一种新的出行理念,即驱使出行车辆往返途径的不同;错开了车辆的行驶方向,达到路网负荷均衡。本文以北京环路为例,针对城中心交通结构存在的问题,提出了完善城市环路交通驱使系统的改造方案。
One-way traffic is an economical and effective way to develop the potential of urban road traffic.Unlike the general road traffic,the one-way loop road traffic only has one entrance and exit,which will let the lateral facilities lie idle.Therefore,to make full use of the existing road resources,it's quite necessary to equip the existing urban loop road traffic with the functional structure,in which the one -way loop traffic is the main body and reverse traveling of buses is the complement.In this mode,3/4 of the width of a loop road is used for one-way traffic, while the other 1/4 is for buses;moreover,the width of the byroad of the traffic lane for reverse running will be widened by 100%.The multilayer urban loop roads can be set in accordance with the dual relation of one-way loop roads.Such setup advocates a new concept of travelspecifically speaking,the ears won't take same ways while out and home.In this way,by staggering the moving direction of the cars,the load of road network is balanced.Taking the ring roads in Beijing city as a case,this paper puts forward a programme to improve the driving system of the urban loop road traffic.
