西部地区经济发展纵横比较分析

The Comparative Analysis of Western Region's Economic Development in Vertical and Horizontal

落后地区的经济发展是世界各国普遍关注的问题,西部大开发战略对我国经济发展、社会稳定和民族团结有重要意义,自1999年实施以来,西部经济发展水平不断提高,取得了巨大的成绩。本文从国民生产总值、产业结构、基础设施建设和对外贸易五个方面纵向分析西部的区域经济发展的速度,并横向对西部地区与东部、中部地区区域经济进行比较分析,找出了西部进一步发展存在的制约因素,并基于可持续发展理论,提出西部经济发展的对策。

The backward region's development is the focus issue all over the world,and the Great Exploitation of Western Region has profound strategic meaning for our country's economic development.society stability and national utility.This project has gained enormous achievement since its implementation in 1999,the economic in Western Region keeps increasing.There are also some problems emerging inevitably with the acceleration of Western Region,This article analyzes the economic acceleration after the project implementation in vertical(in 5 aspects: GDP,industry Structure,Infrastructure Construction,Foreign Trade and per capita income),also compares the economic disparity between Western,Eastern and Central Region in horizontal.The purpose of this paper is finding out the existing constrain factors,hoping to give some suggestions to promote the economic development in Western Region on the condition of sustain development.
