摘要基于战略视角识别企业项目,并建立集成管理模式的企业项目管理对促进企业战略发展有重要的意义。为此分析了"按项目进行管理"和企业战略的关系,指出"按项目进行管理"更有利于企业战略的实施,企业实施"按项目管理"的根本源于企业战略分解,并提出了一种支持企业项目管理的战略模型:支持企业项目管理的战略主模型、组织设计模型和项目筛选过程。该模型对于企业长远发展提供新的管理模式和思路。
