组织公民行为与绩效评估中介变量的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 以组织公民行为的研究和相关理论为背景,探讨了组织公民行为与其维度对绩效评估影响的中介变量,以及情感承诺感知和动机归因在其中的中介作用。经过对160份问卷调查样本数据的分析处理,得到以下主要研究结论:组织公民行为对情感承诺感知有显著的正面作用;在组织公民行为对绩效评估的影响机制中,情感承诺感知起着中介作用,情感承诺感知在公民道德对绩效评估的影响机制和在尽责行为对绩效评估的影响机制中均起着中介作用。
