The financial crisis sweeping the globe is the main incentive of a large number of unemployed migrant peasant workers returning home.Meanwhile,the specialty of industrial gradient,the adjustment of economic structures,and the dual effect of urban and rural thrust make the problem even worse.It is very urgent and necessary to train the unemployed homeward peasant workers professionally and to divert their employment.We should adhere to the people-oriented policy,create vocational skills training focus for these jobless peasant workers,and by all means open up new paths for their employment so as to maximize their human resources.
