摘要
[目的]观察痰热清联合抗生素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。[方法]48例随机分为两组,治疗组以痰热清联合抗生素治疗;对照组使用阿奇霉素0.5mg/kg,两组病例以1～2周为1个疗程进行疗效对比。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]痰热清联合抗生素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎具有较好的疗效。
[Objective] To observe Tanreqing joint antibiotic treatment 24 cases of pneumonia and eaton agent pneumonia in clinical efficacy. [Method] 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of antibiotics in the treatment of joint Tanreqing; control group, the use of azithromycin 0.5mg/kg, two cases with 1～2 weeks for the efficacy of a treatment for contrast. [Results] The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. [Conclusion] Tanreqing joint antibiotic treatment 24 cases of pneumonia and eaton agent pneumonia with good results.
