脑钠肽与慢性肾脏病肾功能水平及中医证型的相关性研究

Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Chronic Kidney Disease Related Research on The Level of Renal Function and TCM Syndrome

[目的]研究慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平与肾功能水平及中医辨证分型的关系。[方法]回顾性研究我院2008年3月1日至2008年12月31日期间52例单纯慢性肾脏病患者资料,根据K/DOQI指南和中医辨证分型进行分组,并测定血浆BNP水平。采用SPSS11.0统计软件进行统计学分析。[结果]单纯慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血浆BNP水平均较正常组为高,且随eGFR的减少而逐渐增高,各组与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CKD各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BNP水平在中医各证型中的趋势为脾肾气虚<气阴两虚<脾肾阳虚<阴阳两虚。[结论]血浆BNP浓度随中医证型和慢性肾脏病分期的加重而升高。慢性肾脏病肾功能水平可影响血浆BNP水平。慢性肾脏病中医辨证分型与血浆BNP水平存在相关性。

[Objective] In order to research the relationship between the plasma BNP and the function of kidney with chronic kidney diseases and the styles in Chinese traditional medicine. [Methods] Plasma BNP were measure in 52 CKD patients in hospital during 1st Mar to 1st Dec. The patients were divided into two groups according to the glomerular filtration rate ( GFR) by Cockcroft's formula and, mensurate the plasma BNP in the same time. Statistical analyse the results by SPSS11.0. [Results] The levels of the plasma BNP in CKD patients were higher than the control groups, and increased with declining estimated GFR in CKD groups. The discrepancy between each CKD groups has statistical significance (P<0.01) with control group. The discrepancy between each CKD groups has statistical significance(P<0.05) . The trend of plasma BNP is qixu in spleen and kidney< both weak of qiyin < yangxu in spleen and kidney < both weak of ying and yang. [ Conclusion ] The plasma BNP increase by CKD styles and dialectic styles in Chinese traditional medicine. The function of kidney may influence the levels of plasma BNP. The plasma BNP has correlation with dialectic styles in Chinese traditional medicine.
