Problems and Countermeasures of Purchasing Sanitary Consumables in Military Hospitals

驻军医院卫生耗材采购数量相对大医院少,管理层不十分重视,因而时常出现一些问题,引发了供需矛盾。为保证医院的经济效益和患者的利益,针对这些问题,文章从四个方面提出了解决的方法。

Due to relatively less amounts of sanitary consumables needed for military hospitals, managements did not attach much importance to it. Conclusively, some problems brought about imbalance between supply and demand. In order to keep hospitals’ profits and patients’ benefits, this paper proposes several approaches in the four aspects for these troubles.
