摘要
针对激光汇聚铬原子束沉积,提出了一种定性评价原子束横向准直度的多狭缝技术.与其他检测技术相比,它设计简单,使用方便,能够非常直观快捷地定量评价原子束横向准直度.理论模拟的结果显示,在我们实验条件下这种技术给出的铬原子束准直前横向宽度为13.8 mm,半高宽为12 mm,发散角为4.1 mrad,准直后横向宽度为12.2 mm,半高宽为4.8 mm,发散角为1.6 mrad.
A method of multiple slits for measurment of laser collimation of atomic beam for laser-focused chromium (Cr) atomic deposition is presented. Compared to the existed methods,it is easy to design,to use and to quickly straightforward measure the collimation of the atomic beam. The calculated results show that with our experiment,before the laser collimation,the Cr atomic beam is with full transverse profile of 13. 8 mm,Full Width at Half Maximum(FWHM) of 12 mm,and transverse divergence of 4. 1mrad,while after the laser collimation,the Cr atomic beam is with full transverse profile of 12. 2 mm, FWHM of 4. 8 mm,and transverse divergence of 1. 6 mrad.
