摘要
对八角金盘茎、叶的初生结构及分泌道的分布及发育进行了解剖学研究。结果表明:八角金盘的初生结构中,表皮细胞角质化减少了水分的散失,防止强光对内部叶肉细胞的灼伤;维管束发达、数量多,能行使较强的机械支持和输导作用;栅栏组织和海绵组织中叶绿体含量多,有效地提高光合作用的效率;海绵组织发达,可提高弱光照条件下的光量子利用效率;叶中脉维管束数量多,对宽大的叶片起到良好的支撑作用;分泌道在八角金盘的茎、叶中广泛分布,在发育特点上为裂生型,即早期的原始细胞相邻处的中层膨胀、溶解,细胞沿一个共同的中心分离,形成多个细胞围成的空隙,并逐渐扩大,发育成熟。
The results from studying the primary structure of stem and leaf,distribution and development of secretary canals in Fatsia japonica shows that the cutinized epidermis cells can effectively reduce moisture evaporation and protect internal mesophyll cells from strong light,many developed vascular bundles are of strong support and transportation roles,abundant chloroplasts in palisade tissue and spongy tissue can improve efficiency of photosynthesis,the developed spongy tissue can enhance utilization rate of light quantum under weak light,The leaf midrib vein with more developed vascular bundles can effectively support its big leaves.The secretary canals are widely distributed in its stems and leaves,and its development characteristic is of a schizogenous type.
