农村养猪生产发展模式分析与建议

Analysis and Sugesstion on Development Model for Pig Raising in Rural Area

以贵州省瓮安县现有养猪模式为研究对象,通过对农村养猪不同模式的投资、效益与存在问题进行比较分析,提出了政府统一规划,合理布局;全面提高猪肉卫生质量安全水平;加强生态环境保护,大力发展畜牧业循环经济;加快制度创新,促进规模养殖发展等4点建议。对处理好投资、技术和市场3个问题,走养殖小区、小规模养殖户和集约化规模养殖场三者并进的规模化养殖道路,才能提升地方养猪产业化水平,才能提高农民抵御市场风险的能力。

Different development models for pig raising in rural area of Weng'an County were analyzed in term of input,output and problem.Suggestions were put forward,such as unified planning and suitable layout by government,improved pork quality and sanitation,environmental protection,and development of circular animal husbandry.Large scale pig raising composed of raising zone,small scale stock raising household and intensified raising farms can improve industrialization level of pig raising and build capacity for farmers of resistance to marketing risk.
