摘要
为了探明桃树花芽在不同的冻害情况下相关生理指标的变化规律,为晚熟桃抗寒性育种提供理论依据。研究以中华圣桃、秋红蜜、秋红晚蜜为试验材料,选择在自然条件下形成的正常、受冻、僵芽3种花芽状态,测定其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等抗寒性生理生化指标。结果表明:3个品种的POD活性均随着受冻情况的严重而升高,正常芽及僵芽的POD活性中华圣桃最高,秋红蜜次之,秋红晚蜜最低;SOD活性都处于下降趋势,以中华圣桃的SOD活性最低,秋红蜜较高,秋红晚蜜最高;MDA含量均呈现上升趋势,僵芽状态时达到峰值,以中华圣桃的活性最高,秋红蜜次之,秋红晚蜜最低。
The SOD and POD activity and MDA content of selected normal,stiff and frozen flower buds of Zhonghuashengtao,Qiuhongmi and Qiuhongwanmi(three peach varieties) under the natural conditions were analyzed to study their change regulations and to provide the theoretical basis for breeding of peach with late-maturity and cold resistance.The results showed that the POD activity of three tested varieties increased with increase of frozen injury damage degree and the POD activity of normal and stiff flower buds of Zhonghuashengtao was the highest in three tested varieties,the POD activity of three tested varieties was a declining trend and the POD activity of Zhonghuashengtao was the lowest in three tested varieties,and the MDA content of three tested varieties was a ascending trend,the MDA content was the highest in the condition of stiff flower buds and the MDA content of Zhonghuashengtao was the highest in three tested varieties.
