摘要 为了改善因生姜常规块茎无性繁殖而造成生姜良种退化、品质变劣、产量降低的现状,对生姜组培苗的培育及其栽培技术进行了研究。通过茎尖培养,生姜组培苗具有生长快、长势旺、抗病、抗逆性强、姜块色泽鲜黄、均匀整齐、辣味浓、品质好等特性,一般产量可达5 000 kg/667m2,增产50%以上,商用价值与经济效益较好。介绍了生姜种苗的组织培养及栽培技术。 The tissue culture of Zingiber officinale seedlings and its cultivation technique were studied to improve the current situation of variety regression,poor quality and low yield caused by its conventional tuber asexual reproduction.The seedlings cultured from stem apexes has the advantages of rapid growth,strong growth vigor,disease resistance,strong adverse resistance,and its tubers are of bright yellow color,uniform size,heavy peppery,high quality,high yield with above 5000kg/667m2,better commerciality and economic benefits.The paper introduces tissue culture of Zingiber officinale.seedlings and its cultivation technique.
