Information Asymmetry in Rural Information Service and Its Administration

针对农村信息服务过程中存在的多个层面的信息不对称现象,对信息不对称现象的成因及危害进行了分析,指出农村信息服务过程中存在的信息不对称现象严重影响了信息资源的利用率,提出建立完善的农村信息服务体系,建立高质量的信息资源,加快农村信息的传播,提高基层领导、农技人员和农民的素质是抑制信息不对称现象的治理措施。

To avoid the information asymmetry phenomenon in rural information service is an important task in rural informatization.The paper points out that the information asymmetry seriously influences the utilization rate of information resources based on analyzing the causes and harmfulness of information asymmetry and puts forward the administration measures including perfecting rural information service system,setting up high quality information resources,speeding up rural information propagation and enhancing quality of grass-roots leading cadres,agrotechnicians and farmers to inhibit information asymmetry.
