随着我国城市化进程的不断加快和城市辐射能力的增强,在旧城日益无法满足城市发展需求时,新城区的开发建设便愈加显得重要。轨道交通作为一种快速、大运量的交通方式,同时也表现出对于土地开发和城市空间的引导作用。在这样的背景下,出现了以轨道交通为导向进行新城区建设,并且在站点地区形成了功能高度复合的建筑综合体。
