摘要
介绍了武汉轨道交通2号线一期工程汉口站至范湖站区间盾构隧道成功穿越低瓦斯地层的地质及施工情况。就目前的技术水平和存在的不足,提出了瓦斯地层勘察的基本要求。分析了瓦斯地层修建隧道的风险因素和风险源。针对性地提出了瓦斯地层隧道的电气设备防爆改造、监控监测系统、隧道通风系统、盾构掘进参数、施工工艺、人员培训等方面的技术措施、方案和技术参数。
This paper elaborates the geological and construction conditions between Hankou Station and Fanhu Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2,especially the successful shield tunneling through low gas stratum between them.It explains the gas formation,composition and distribution and expounds the basic exploration requirements of the gas stratum according the current technology level and the deficiency.Then this paper analyzes the risk factors and risk sources of gas tunnel,discusses the explosion-proof electric accessories installed in gas tunnel,monitor system,tunnel ventilation system,shield parameters,construction techniques,personnel training programs and the related technical parameters,for the similar projects in the future to learn and refer to.
