摘要
目的:为掌握深圳市某区警察的空腹血糖、血脂和尿酸情况,从而为制定健康干预计划提供依据.方法:以深圳市某区1 819名警察为研究对象,分析其2008年健康体检的空腹血糖、血脂和尿酸值.结果:男性的尿酸、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)值比女性明显要高;40~49岁人群的LDL值比50~60岁人群显著高;40~50岁人群的尿酸值与51~60岁人群没有显著差异;41~47岁的男性的LDL值比同年龄段的女性显著要高,而48~60岁的男性的LDL值与同年龄段女性的无显著差异;不同年龄段人群空腹血糖值没有显著差异;25~34岁人群与35~44岁人群,及35~44岁人群与45~60岁的空腹血糖受损(IFG)人数均有显著差异.结论:对男性要重视防治高尿酸血症和高LDL血症;对绝经期后的女性也要注意防治高LDL血症;随着年龄增长更加注意防治高LDL血症和IFG.
Objective:To acquire a certain district in Shenzhen city police fasting blood glucose,blood lipids and uric acid,for the formulation of health plans to provide the basis for intervention.Methods:Analysis of physical examination results consisting of the fasting blood glucose、blood lipids and uric acid of 1 819 the police in 2008 in a certain district of Shenzhen city.Results:The value of men's uric acid and LDL(low density lipoprotein) is significantly higher than women's;value of LDL in 40-49 year old group is significantly higher than 50-60 year old group;There is no significant difference between uric acid value of 40-50 year old group and 51-60 years old groups;LDL values of 41-47 year old male is significantly higher than the same age group of women,and there was no significant difference between the LDL value of 48-60 year old male and the same age of women;there is no significant difference among the value of fasting plasma glucose of different age groups,there is significant differences between the number of impaired fasting glucose(IFG) of 25-34 year old group and 35-44 year old group,also there was significant differences between 35-44 year old group and 45-60 year old group.Conclusion:Male should be paid attention to prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and high LDL hyperlipidemia;People should also pay attention to prevention and treatment of high LDL hyperlipidemia for post-menopausal women;following with age increasing,people should pay more attention to prevention and treatment high LDL hyperlipidemia and IFG.
