摘要
目的:探讨护理实训室开放的管理模式及成效。方法:护理实训室的开放采取以护生自主管理为主体,由技术人员和实验实训中心进行辅助、引导的共同管理模式。结果:护理实训室的开放有利于提高实践教学资源的利用率,有利于护生护理操作技能和综合素质的提高,有利于护理实践教学质量的提高。结论:实训室开放是培养高素质护理人才的有效途径。
Objective:To evaluate the opening management mode and the effects of nursing laboratory.Methods:The opening nursing laboratory was managed by students mainly,the laboratory technicians and the experimental and training center supervised only.Results:The opening management of nursing laboratory improved the utilization ratio of practical teaching resources,meanwhile it also improved the nursing manipulation skills and the general qualities of nursing students.Conclusion:The opening management of laboratory is an effective way for culturing high quality nursing staff.
