摘要
工程机械的大修是不可避免的,而传统的大修模式存在众多的缺陷。再制造产业的逐渐兴起,为大修期的工程机械提供了更多的选择。以单位生产(作业)量成本为决策依据的模型,能够较为科学的体现机械的使用经济性。模型从工艺、技术差异的角度对比分解了机械大修与再制造的寿命周期费用构成,较准确的体现了两种方案经济性的区别。
The overhaul of construction machinery(CM) is inevitable’ but the conventional overhaul pattern has much shortage.As remanufacturing becoming blossom, it provides more options for CM which is to be overhauled.The model basing on the cost per output can reflect the CM’s maintaining economy correctly.This model decomposes machine’s LCC separately under overhauling and remanufacturing basing on the technical differences in those two schemes. This model differentiates the economy of those two schemes and is suit for decision-making.
