时间分辨一阶导数光谱实现技术

摘要 设计一套时间分辨导数光谱的实验装置,用三棱镜对从单色仪出射的波长为λ的单色光进行光强分束,利用斩波器的时间分辨作用获得了双波长光束,同时利用斩波器的互补调制功能使这两束光实现差分,得到一阶导数光谱。通过实验验证了该方法可以快速准确地实现一阶导数光谱,而且导数谱比其零阶谱具有更高的分辨率。 The device that applies time resolution technology into the realization of the one-order derivative spectroscopy is presented.The prism divides the light beam with wavelengthλthat comes out of the monochromator into two beams,which are vertically parallel and have the same wavelength.Using the modulator's ability of time resolution complementarily,two different wavelength light beams are obtained,the difference of the two beams is realized,and the first-order derivative spectroscopy is obtained.The experiment indicates that the system is able to get the first-order derivative spectroscopy which is better than the original spectroscopy in terms of resolution.
