冠通汤联合鲁南欣康片治疗冠心病心绞痛78例

Clinical Research of 78 Cases of Angina pectoris Treated by Guan Tong Tang Joint with Lunanxinkana Tablet

[目的]观察冠通汤联合鲁南欣康治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。[方法]128例冠心病心绞痛随机分为两组。治疗组服用冠通汤,并每日服用2次鲁南欣康片20mg。对照组50例,服用复方丹参片,每日3次,每次4片并每日服用2次鲁南欣康片20mg。两组均以4周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组临床疗效和心电图改善及血脂、血液流变学、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度的变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠通汤在改善心绞痛症状、心电图以及降低血脂、血液流变学、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度的变化等方面,有满意的疗效。

[Objective] to observe the efficacy of Guan Tong Tang joint with Lunanxinkang tablet on Vagina Pectoris. [Methods]128 cases of Vagina Pectoris were randomized into two groups, 78 patients in treatment group were treated by Guan Tong Tang, and Lunanxinkang tablet 20mg, twice a day;50 patients in control group were treated by Fufang Danshen Pian,4 tablets, three times a day. [ Results ] changes in clinical efficacy, ECG, serum lipid, hemorheological indexes, plasma fibrinogen concentration in treatment group has statistical significance when compared with those in control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . [ Conclusion] Guan Tong Tang has satisfactory effect on Angina Pectoris in terms of improving clinical syndrome, ECG, decreasing serum lipid, hemorheological indexes, plasma fibrinogen concentration.
