针药并用治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣临床观察

The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Deafness and Tinnitus Useing the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

[目的]为综合评价综合运用中药与体针结合治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣临床观察。[方法]对180例耳聋和288例神经性耳鸣辨证的运用中药与辨证的应用体针治疗,进行疗效评价。[结果]治疗神经性耳聋有效率90%,治疗神经性耳鸣有效率91.7%。[讨论]强调辨证运用中药与辨证运用体针治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣,能明显提高临床疗效,缩短疗程。

[Objective]For comprehensive evaluat the clinical observation on the treatment of deafness and tinnitus useing the traditional Chinese medicine combined with body acupuncture.[Methods]180 nerve deafness cases and 288 tinnitus cases useing differently the application of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture body to cany out evaluation.[Results]The efficient, treatment of nerve deafness was 90% and the efncient treatment of neurogenic tinnitus was 91.7%.[Discussion]Emphasized the dialectical use of the application of traditional Chinese medicine and Syndrome differentiation acupuncture body deafness tinnitus, can significantly improve the clinical efricacy and shorten the course of treatment.
