摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通的危害因素和突发事件类型,提出了城市轨道交通应急体系的构成及总体目标要求。城市轨道交通应急体系应由预警体系、防御体系、预案体系及组织体系组成。该体系应具备对各类因素和突发事件进行预警、防御、处置的能力。
This paper gives an introduction of the dangerous factors and emergency system of urban rail transit(URT),brings forward the idea of the constitution and the entire object of URT emergency body.Urban Rail Transit Emergency System should consist of alarm system,defense system,emergency response system and organization system and should have the ability to alarm,defend and handle all kinds of emergency caused by every possible factor.
