"国家大学生创新性实验计划"的实施为大学人才培养提出了新目标,拓宽了培养途径,在引导大学进行人才培养模式改革和教学管理改革、本科生学习方法创新和建立更加和谐的师生关系等方面具有重要意义。为保障其卓有成效的实施,大学应建立针对本科生科研活动的学术竞争、导师选聘制度、学术交流制度和激励制度,营造学术自由、宽容失败的创新文化环境,使师生能远离浮躁名利,专心沉潜于科学研究工作。

The National Undergraduate Innovation Experiment Project has put forward a new goal for undergraduate education. It not only broadens the model of higher education, but also guides teaching and administrative reforms in undergraduate education. This Project is important for innovating pedagogy and establishing harmonious teacher-student relations. In order to ensure its effective implementation and foster a condusive academic enviornment, it is recommended for the universities to have competitive academic research, selection of supervisor system, academic exchange and incentive mechanisms.
