异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊塑性流场的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对LY12和LF21的异种铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接,在被焊件不同深度嵌入示踪原子,焊后进行切割、取样及金相试验,在Mef3大型金相显微镜观察金属流动情况及示踪原子的分布状况,对焊缝前进侧、返回侧及不同深度处流场进行分析。实验结果表明,一方面,靠近焊缝顶部的流动主要受轴肩的旋转摩擦控制,而靠近焊缝底部的流动则主要由搅拌针上螺纹的旋转搅拌控制,这就会产生不同的流动状况;另一方面,在焊缝前进侧靠近搅拌针的区域,材料随搅拌针一起从前进侧流向返回侧,而在离搅拌针较远的区域,材料会向后流动;但在焊缝返回侧,材料均向后流动,只有少量材料流到前进侧。另外,从返回侧向前进侧的材料流动将在焊缝产生一个材料的竖直混合,以及围绕焊缝纵向轴线的复杂的循环运动。 This research was carried out on LY12 and LF2 Aluminum alloy through friction stir welding.Inset tracers were imbedded at different depth in the welding samples, then the flow pattern of metal material was investigated with microstructural experiment of the samples through Mef3 great microscope.It is illustrated that, on the one hand, the flow pattern is controlled by rotation and friction of the shoulder near the top of the weld, but it is dominated by rotating and stirring of the nib with thread in the lo...
