精轧机主电机制冷改造

摘要 目前中板厂生产线采用双四辊轧机进行板坯轧制。其中精轧机主电机测温通过定子内部四支热电偶进行测温,电机绝缘等级为"F"级。随着品种板的开发、多倍尺的比重增加以及夏季的高温,该电机定子温度经常达到温度上限,原有风冷装置已无法满足现有工况,迫使轧机停产降温。因此,电机温度高成为夏季制约生产的瓶颈。 At present, middle plate factory production lines in a dual four-high rolling mill for rolling slab.The main motor stator of finishing mill is measured through an internal temperature 4 thermocouple for temperature, electrical insulation level for the "F" grade.With the variety of boards development, scale-fold increase in the proportion of foot times, as well as the high temperature, the motor temperature often reached the maximum, the original air-cooled unit has been unable to meet the current operating ...
