摘要
针对立案工作特点,结合对诉权的尊重和保护,通过我国的起诉和受理的现状,探讨关于初审立案的两种不同制度的问题。
The paper,in view of the characteristic of putting on record,combining respect and protection for the right of appeal,through the current situation of prosecution and admissibility in our country,investigates the trouble existing in two civil first trial putting on record systems.
