摘要
针对垂直单向流洁净室的意义做了简要阐述,并与其它形式进行了简要的对比。同时对垂直单向流洁净室的原理及经济性进行了分析,及对垂直单向流洁净室系统使用场合进行了说明。
In this paper,the significance of the vertical unidirectional flow clean room briefly explained,and with a brief comparison to other forms.At the same time,the principle and economy of vertical unidirectional flow clean room were analyzed,and the environment of the vertical unidirectional flow clean-room system were explained.
