论加强高校图书馆青年馆员思想政治教育

On Reinforcing the Ideological and Political Education of Young Librarians

目前,高校图书馆青年馆员出现了一些不良的思想,导致他们工作效率和服务质量低下。因此,必须对他们加强思想政治教育,明确教育的内容和教育的方式;必须把思想政治教育制度化,并通过一些辅助制度建设,共同保障思想政治教育的进行和成果。

At present,in universitiy libraries,a little bad thought appears in youth Librarians,leds to their low work availability and service quality.Therefore,we must reinforce ideological and political education of young librarians,and understand educating contented and ways.At the same time,we must make the institutionalize ideological and political education system,and strengthen the auxiliary system construction to ensure ideological and political education being in progress and to protect achievement.
