摘要
通过实验性教学,教师根据学生的英语水平,引导学生分为ABC三组,分别对应班上英语成绩优秀、中等、暂时落后三类学生,进行分层教学,即在课堂教学、课后作业等方面有针对性地为他们分别设计难易程度不同的学习任务,让各层的学生都感到"蹦一蹦能摘到桃子",使优秀生的学习余力得到发挥,使学习困难生也能获得成就感,从而激发学生的学习动机,促进学生参与学习活动,使各个层次学生都能实现最大可能的进步。
