摘要
我国中小民营企业在员工管理方面存在许多问题和不足。要使中小民营企业更好更快地发展,必须健全人才选拔和使用机制,提高员工培训的实效,加强薪酬管理的创新,建立客观公正的绩效考核体系,完善激励机制,加强企业文化建设,建立和谐的人际关系,切实加强对员工的管理。
There are many questions in employee management in private-manageed and middle-and-small enterprises in China.To be developed better for the enterprises,wholesome systems of selecting and using human capacity must be founded;the fostering efficiency of employee must be enhanced.Simultaneity,we should intensify the innovation of wage management,found external and just efficiency assessment systems,perfect the inspirit mechanism,found concordant relation among the employee and enhance employee management.
